Contracts will be reviewed with you and the title/closing attorney to ensure a smooth transaction. Once, the title/closing attorney is vetted, escrow will be opened and funds will be sent within a few days. Please note, funds are ONLY deposited to a neutral third party company. Yes and possibly yes! We have vetted title companies and closing attorneys in each state that are safe, knowledgeable of creative financing and have stellar reviews from past transactions. We are happy to do business with any of them and, it will also speed up the process to open escrow. If you have your own, they will have to be vetted to ensure their knowledge of creative financing and joint venture partnerships. We need to ensure they are legitimate for a smooth transaction for you, the seller, the buyer and us.

Yes! In fact, we prefer you use our contacts for optimal protection. Rules and regulations vary from state-to-state and we want to ensure your protection just as much as ours. We've spent thousands of dollars to partner with our attorney who is seasoned in creative financing. These four contracts allow us to work with anyone within the 50 states, safely and securely. Unfortunately, we won't provide these contracts unless we service you. However, if you partner with us, they will be provided for free. You do not have to use our contracts however, we will ask to include the same information in your contracts or the title/closing attorneys contracts if they are not already present. Again, this is to ensure safety of everyone involved.

At The Creative Horizon funds only go through a neutral third party like a title company. Escrow will then disperse the fund accordingly to the appropriate people- investors, realtors, etc. This is how we protect ourselves and our clients. By doing this, it ensures the money coming in and out is tracked and documented to prevent mistakes, scams, etc. that can go wrong.
